If you are new to a tool, you need a training first. There are online tutorials available on this tool by SAP :

If you are novice to the dashboard development as arijit suggested i would recommend you to play with the tutorials first. Then if you need to design HR Dashboard, sit with the functional team to get the KPI and start with the plan and navigation of the dashboard.

I have found some predefined HR Dashboards which is available with SAP-BI, but i never tried to install and run with that.

Dear Arjit,

Thank you for sharing your inputs. Basic and some standard dashboards I have built before. But these HR dashboards have multiple applications. Link using Breadcrumb  and linking parent dashboard to child dashboards and dashboard to webi reports. Not getting proper outputs.
