Display key in stead of description in dropdown list of item type

Hi Experts,

I have requirement for display key instead of description in dropdown list of item type .

At the time of debug I found that the attribute contain key or particular  item type code  e.g. ZRPS.

Please suggest me some answer that helps me or Do I need customization to achieve it.

In CRM Web UI -> click on personalize link (top right on screen) -> show keys in drop down

My requirement is different . After select in dropdown field shows description not key.

But I want key to be display in field on ui.

I am in CRM 7.0 and if I go to click on personalize link (top right on screen) -> under personalize settings -> Shows key in dropdown list is selected

So I can see key along with description

Could you please check settings again?

if the pers. doesent work you need to enhance the get_v method of the attribute and concatenate the key into the value field.
