unable to avoid dimension values for 0project

Hi all,

in our reporting we used info object "0PROJECT" and few objects added as attributes at info object level..

1 of the attribute for 0project is "total planned abondance" which is a key figure....

when you run report values are like this  1125 M 1502 M here we want to avoid M as "total planned abondance" is a sub field we are unable to apply NODIM function....

please let us know if any soultion...

HI,

if it is the char please convert to formula using the replacement path using the formula variable.

if it is the direct KF use the NODIM function at formula window.

create the new formula -> create the new formula variable -> choose the replacement path -> select info object with attr values - it will pick the only attr value fo KF.

or

use the RIGHT function at trasformation if it is the char.

If it is a characteristic or a key figure  would apply those replacement things....

But problem here  total planned abondance is attribute to 0project info object which means...

0PROJECT

     |_total planned abondance

     |_total planned abondance<12

do any one have suggestions... for this?

Hi Vijay,

You can still apply replacement path through a formula variable. Select replacement path variable and assign 0project as reference characteristic. In the replacement path tab, select infoobject with attribute value, then you will have the option to choose its attribute.  Try running the query by just assigning the variable. If it comes with a unit then you can still use NODIM function in the formula.

Try creating a formula variable in the report and use this attribute as 'Replacement path' in it and then try applying NODIM function.

NODIM function is used to remove the unit and currency from the keyfigure. Please check if the attribute "total planned abondance" is defined as KF or Charc.
