Hello all,

This is a message I know many people have issues with in the past and mine are only around service orders that I am not able to business close because of this message.

I have tried everything that has been mentioned in the forums such as checking IW46, COGI, and checking AFRC.

AFRC shows no Incorrect cost calculations from confirmations...COGI also shows no errors and nothing in IW46.

The only things booked to the service order are mainly labour and revenue, in previous fiscal years.

One other thing mentioned has been to try using CORUPROC program, but this does not seem to be specific to any order and seems to run across the whole the production landscape as I am worried about trying as I am not sure what impact this will have on other data/users.

Does anyone have any info they can share on using CORUPROC or what else may be my problem

For anyone having similar issues this has now been resolved with the assistance of a colleague Bob Green who found OSS notes 418584 & 712007

The issue was with old entries in AFRP4 which we plan to delete using Z_AFRP4_DELETE

Note 162597 - No

Symptom   If you enter completion confirmations and also specify a time recording ID   number or a personnel number, entries are written in table AFRP4 which,   however, are not processed.
