CrystalDecision.crystalreport.engine.reportdocument threw an exception

I am using crystal report 11.0 and visual studio 2010. Application runs fine on development machine (machine A) but when I deploy it by simple copy paste on machine B (it doesn't have crystal report installed on it). It was giving me error for missing crystalDecision DLLs missing, then I manually dropped required DLLs in publish folder on machine B. Now it is throwing an error "CrystalDecision.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument throw an exception".

Thanks!!KS

Crystal Reports 11 is not supported on VS 2010. You need SAP Crystal Reports, Developer Version for Visual Studio .NET

No. I don't quite see the problem of upgrading to the version I mentioned. It is free...

Hi Ludek -

I was trying to upgrade CR version as mentioned.

I downloaded - CRforVS_clickonce, CRforVS_mergemodules, CRforVS_redist_install. These are partial Download.

I have also one zip folder CRforVS_crdbxml, By unzipping, It has few DLLs.

How shall I upgrade my existing deployment CR 11.5 to this.

CRforVS_clickonce, CRforVS_mergemodules, CRforVS_redist_install are to be used on deployed computers only. On your dev computer, use the install exe.
