Short dump in portfolio item while using ACL roles

Hi all PPM experts,

We are using Roles in ACL of Items for control authorizations at Item level.

We have observed that if a ROLE say C:ROLE_1 is assigned to a user ID A00001 twice (AGR_USERS table) and if this role is used in ACL of item then the system gives short dump while launching the Portfolio item.

Have tried searching for OSS notes but didnt find any so far.

Thanks for the reply.

As it was a high priority issue wrote to SAP OSS, got a call the support team and they suggested the same notes.
