How is the shipment route determined when there are different delivery routes?

Hi,

Say I have 4 different delivery routes determined for 4 different deliveries. When I put these 4 deliveries on one shipment, how is the shipment route actually determined?

What if I have 5 different deliveries with 4 different routes?

If you have different routes in the delivery, no route will be determined in the Shipment Document, that field will remain blank. The deliveries' routes will determine different legs in case their departure or destination points also differ.

Likewise, other header fields such as shipping type and forwarding agent are not copied to the header once they are not the same.

Hi Anthony,

The Shipment Route is a header level field in the Shipment document. Hence, I would expect it to split as per your example.
