SAP B1 is not responding

Hi Experts

My SAP B1 9.0 is not responding after enter username and password. What Happened that.

I cleared all the Temp file. I used that system more than 20 days. But now this issue happened.

Hi..

  I re install server tool also. But its not working. i clean up all temp files also.

My system configuration is

4 GB RAM

500 GB Hard Disk

Windows 7 64 bit

Check for Malware on system.

Check connectivity between server and client. Add server IP to hosts file in server. 

Check Windows event viewer for any clues on what might be causing this issue.

Something is corrupted.

Thanks for your reply. Yesterday i reinstall my system and now i cant get the database in SAP client. its not connected to the server.

In SQL Server Name Rajkrishna-PC

SAP B1 Server Instance name is RAJKRISHNA-PC.

So it will differ.Due to that only i cant access demo database.

What is the Solution to change Server Name.

Try to re-install the server tools.

Un-install the server tools and re-start and install using administrator login.

In this case, you need to clean up system to reinstall everything including SQL server. Make sure your system is clean before install. The worst case scenario that you may need a new OS.

Need to Follow certain things while installing on Windows 7

1).What is the  OS and Sql server installed on your system .

2)Based On your Sql server you need to install Sql Native client (Ex: If you have Installed Sql server 2008 R2 you need to install Sql Native client 2008 )

3).See that your system firewall should be Off

4)Have you Installed Dotnet Frame work 3.0  on client System

5) Have You installed Directly or Installed from server is that fro B1_shr

and Remove all %temp%,Prefetch ,cookies and Recent files  Using Run Command.

and Do all these your System will run Without any issues.

Myself is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

SQL Servr 2008

SQL Native Client 10.0

Visual Studio 2010

Last two days before i used my SAP B1 . That issue arised yesterday only. I cleared all the temp file , restart my system after turn off my firewall and antivirus. Still its not responding

Install Native client  SQL Native Client 2008  and now it will work

Hi,

Try this:

1. Please make sure network connection secured.

2. Disable if any anti-virus and fire wall

3. Restart and then log in
