I can't open Xcelsius any more. Who has any idea what's wrong with that?

When I try to open an Xcelsiu file I get the message "Could not connect to Microsoft Excel. To prevent further data corruption, the program must close".

Anybody knows what's happening and how I can correct this problem?

Many thanks in advance for any help!

Which MS Office version you have ? Did you check the PAM for the compatibility ?

Note that Dashboards still has issues with Office 2013. So, better to use Office 2007 or 2010 32 bit.

The dashboard's excel spreadsheet is damaged due to unknown reason, Try to kill the excel process in task manager and try to re-open the dashboard designer, revert for any clarification.

CLose all Excel files before launching Dashboards Designer. Also if there is any Excel.exe running in background kill that process through task manager.
