Talent Grade to be stored

Hello All

We have a requirement where we need to store Talent grades A and B+ in SAP. I wounder is it possible to maintain these grades in HRP7408 by some means (without portal), if any one had idea request to share ?

If not is there any way that we can store the talent grades using std sap talent module, if so kindly pls share.

Hi Vijay,

Try a custom infotype if you are adding a custom field.

Thanks luke..this was already in my mind but thought if any std way possible to avoid custom ...anywayz i did some explore and see that this is the only way to go
