Migration from Netweaver System to SAP ECC

Hi experts.

I'd like to update a Netweaver 7.0 EP 1 system into a Netweaver 7.3 EP 1, but the system has  some addons installed for recruiting.

     SAP_BS_FND

     WEBCUIF

     BI_CONT

     ERECRUIT

I would also like to turn this NW into a ECC, is this posible?

What would be the best approach?

     should i upgrade the sistem to a NW 7.3 EP 1 and then turn it into an ECC?

     should i turn it into an ECC and then upgrade?

I'm starting as a Basis, so maybe i'm making some mistakes in defining the procedures, so please correct me if so.

Hi

SAP application architecture does not allow that kind of operation.

Even if NW is the technical base for ECC there are no ways to upgrade/promote a NW system to an ECC.
