BOE InfoView with IE10

We are using BOE XI 3.1 SP5, after recent upgrade to IE10 users either cannot view History in InfoView or cannot open instances.

Few users getting 404 error page and few cannot open any instances.

Any help appreciated.

IE 10 is not supported with SP5. Run IE 10 in compatibility mode.

And also check if IE browser is 64 bit? If it is 64 Bit, it is not supported.

We already tried compatibility mode, didn't work.

Also tried using 32bit IE 10, that also didn't work.

In any case, IE 10 is not officially supported by SAP.

All the applications need to tested properly before upgrading browsers. If your BO version does not support IE 10, You have couple of options: 1. Upgrade BO or Use different browsers to FF or Chrome or lower the IE version to IE 9.0

Do you know if SP7 for BOE XI 3.1 supports IE10?

Yes. It is supported. Refer below link SAP PAM- Supported platforms.

We found a workaround for now.

Press F12 before logging in to BOE, change the browser mode to IE9. It works.

Just the compatibility view was not working but this workaround seems to be working.

This issue has been addressed in BI4 SP08 and BI4.1 SP02.
