We are using BOE XI 3.1 SP5, after recent upgrade to IE10 users either cannot view History in InfoView or cannot open instances.
Few users getting 404 error page and few cannot open any instances.
Any help appreciated.
IE 10 is not supported with SP5. Run IE 10 in compatibility mode.
And also check if IE browser is 64 bit? If it is 64 Bit, it is not supported.

This issue has been addressed in BI4 SP08 and BI4.1 SP02.
