Enter the operator/user for equipment category .

Dear Everyone,

I am working in SAP ETM. In T- code J3GI " CHANGE SHIPPING DOCUMENT", tab " Equipment ", I want to fill in  tab:" User", but the system notice the error " You can not enter the operator/ user for equipment Category 1", Message No 9J704.

Please help me solve this problem.

I am afraid you have posted this in an incorrect forum, Please post this in

The reason is, DIMP component would not be active in many systems to get you a proper reponse in time.

But this is what I can suggest:

• Check the Configuration for the Equipment Category 1.
• Try to get the help of the ABAPer to bebug the issue if possible.
• In case everything seems in order, Last option would be to raise an Incident on SAP.
