How I can get my S-user and installation No.?

Greetings,

I`m here to ask if there is any way to get my installation number from any installed SAP software on my premises.

The problem is that I had an implementer which deploy the "SAP BusinessObjects BI, Edge edition with Data Integration" software on my servers, and after that the implementer had some problem with his employees whom they were owning my installation number and S-user.

Now I have a problem with my SAP implementer, and I need the S-user and the installation number to continue the implementation of the software.

Is there any way to retrieve these details?

Hi Latche,

You can contact the software vendor for S - Admin login.

They can provide at the time of you purchase the SAP BO software from the SAP. if you missed out that please raise ticket with SAP Business or Sales team they can help you out.

If you have any others, S login credentials, you can raise one for you for future use like above.

1. Goto Support -- > https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/support

2. give you credentials (S login details)

3. Follow the instructions as per screen shot.

First: I need to know if you please how to contact S - Admin login knowing that I don not have any S-User with currently.

Second: How I can raise a ticket to the SAP Business or Sale Team?

Hi Sai,

The problem is that I do not have the installation number which is marked as a required field in the SAP Service MarketPlace where I can ask for my S-user.

Is there any place in the installed SAP BusinessObjects BI Edge on my machines such as: console management that I can retrieve my installation number.
