Install Desktop Connection within Citrix

Hi,

is it possible to install the DCN within a Citrix Server farm? We get an error message, that DCN needs the Exchange Cache Modus Profile. So do you know something about this?

Hello Carola,

yes, you can install DCN (=Desktop Connection) also in a Citrix Environment. However there are some prerequisites that must be met to run DCN - these also apply for usage in Citrix.

One of them is that Cached Mode for the used Exchange Mailboxes is enabled.

Cached Mode can enabled in the Profile/Mailbox settings:
