Hi,

Just do required changes at query designer.

later go to RSA1-->transport connection,

form middle find your bex query and move to right side pane.

Later you can try to collect your query into transport.

Mean while please check all query elements need to be saved under custom packages.

if you get any error there please share the error screen shot.

Thanks

Hi Ramanjaneyulu,

But if  i do this, all the other  queries gonna get collected or locked under this transport.

Correct me if i am wrong.Thier are lot of other consultants who will make changes at the same time.

It will be a problem for them too. How should i avoid these situation.

can you please help suggest.

Hi,

Why your feeling as that way.

Am assuming as you only working ABC query in such cases no issues for others.

No and never. if you collect your query then your query only will be assigned to your new transport.

Have you tried, just try and later you can see your collected objects at SE10 or SE09.

Thanks

Hi,

Bex query not able to change go to RSA1-> select the transport connection -> select the BEX -> now it will ask the assign/delete -> create new reqeust -> give the custom package-> system will generate the TR.

close the designer and re-open again.

Thanks,

Phani.

Hi,

Something like this happens eg. after reverse transport from prd to dev.

Nothing anusual.

Create BEx transport without adding anything to it

Open query in BEx designer.

Now it is automatically associated with the transport. Changes are possible - not greyed out.

After you save the query you'll see the query in SE10 attached to the transport.

Then you can transport it to prd.

Hi,

after transporting the query form dev to target system you won't change/modify the qeury in dev.

it is the deasable mode

if able to change that is the enable mode.

Thanks,

Phani.
