LPD_CUST "Launchpad -> Add Switch ID" greyed out

Hi guys

I'm in the process of copying a standard launchpad to a custom one.  When I try to add a Switch ID to my Launchpad, I notice that the option is greyed out. 

I have the SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW and X_REST profiles assigned to my user. 

I also added the following to my user parameters:

LPD_DETAILS	X
LPD_EXPERT	XX
LPD_TRANSPORT	X

Any idea what I may be missing?

Adding switch ids is only possible in SAP systems, not in customer systems.

Thanks for your reply.

I ended up making a copy of the LPD_CUST role/instance and it copied across the Switch ID as well.
