Hello.
Now,I have a problem of Crystal Reports Size when printing.
I am migrating Crystal Reports.
====================================================
From
■ Seagate CrystalReports8.0,VB6,WinXP
To
■ Crystal Reports2011,VB2012(.net FrameWork4.5),Win8
====================================================
I had finished migrating 10 forms from VB6 to VB.net4.5.
Now I am using Seagate CrystalReports8.0 that are used in VB6.
Print Preview and Print functionality is working fine.
But, the size of field boxes in one form it became little smaller as compare to the pre-migration size of field boxes.
※ The size at the time of the print preview is fine.
Although, property settings of this report is the same as other Crystal reports.
■ Settings page ============================
● Printer Options: No check in check box
→ All the same printer
● Page option: No check in check box
→ A4 size
● Pixel
● Orientation
→ Horizontal
● margin: No check in check box
==============================================
Is there any way to modify the field box size by designer in such case reports?
Or this issue can be solved by changing property settings?
I need to migrate many forms by using Crystal Reports.
But,I do not want to spend much time in modification of the Crystal reports.
So please suggest me easier and faster way to solve this issue.
Thanks&Regards,
Hiroshi
Hi Hiroshi,
Do not use No Printer. Base your report on a specific printer and check on the Dissociate option so it then relies on the printer Family and Paper size rather than USP10.dll to render the report.
And have a look at the 3 Printing documents that Ludek posted on this page:
It will help explain how printing works now
