restriction in MCTA

Hello!

In transaction MCTA there is field "Sold-to party". Actually it is "customers". How can I restrict this field that user can choose only list of customers? Which Authorization Object have I use for it?

Hi Alexey,

Please check with the authorization objects of M_IS_VKORG - Sales organization wise, M_IS_VTWEG - Distribution Channel wise, M_IS_SPART - Division wise. Kindly check on which parameter you are restricting. Please check the list of other authorization objects for this T.Code in SU24.

Hi Alexey,

With the help of your security team you can switch the trace 'on' on this transaction to pull the Authorization objects information and try whether it is possible to restrict on this standard tcode.

If not then you can have some customizing work with ABAPers on this logistics controlling objects.

However tracing gives more information and then you can decide what can be done next.
