Hi All,
We have upgraded SAP B1 version 9.0 PL 05 to version 9.1 PL 02 and success.
But when we trying to install SAP B1 on client machine, it's show error "Error Accessing Parser Dll C"\......CreatorDll.dll".
Client machine specification is :
- Windows XP Professional 2002 SP 03.
- Net Framework 2.5, 3.4, 4.0 Installed.
- Microsoft Visual C++2005, 2008, 2010 Redistributed Package Installed.
What already to do is :
- Uninstalled SAP B1 Client.
- Installed with Administrator's user right.
- Clear temporary folder, windows firewall off, antivirus is removed.
- Clean registry related to SAP B1.
Please advice how to to solve this issue, appreciated for your response.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Muh.Ulfah

1. Do you have latest client version installer of 9.1 PL 02?
2. Check if your database is also updated because for some reason why this error appear because it has mismatch on your old database to new version of SAP B1. Try to contact and ask your SAP B1 distributor for database upgrade or patch.

Hi Joseph,
We just download "Upgrade" version only not "Installer" version, so there are not client folder in package.
But If true that the client in B1_Shr folder is corrupt, why I able to Install this 9.1 PL 02 version under one of Windows XP Pro SP03 machine? this screen shoot :
Thank you for sharing.

Hi,
Windows XP will not support 9.0 and 9.1 version. Windows 7 and Windows 8 is required for 9.X versions.
