MSS - CATS(OT wagetype) approval Error.

Dear Experts,

Before Overtime wagetype hours released in ESS portal and manager will open the R3 system and manually approve his hours and it will be updated in 2010 Infotype.

Now scenario is like From ESS screen employee apply OT hours it is triggering approval mail  to his reporting Manager .MSS screen manager trying  to approve his task getting attached screen shot error.

To approve do we need to do any configuration or any service package cats to be activated.

If you share the config step for this it will be helpful.

can u check that service is active in SICF once which is there in the screen shot once .....

Dear Jwala,

In checked the path - Default host -SAP-bc-ecatt. It is in grey-out colour. Do i want to active screen shot service.

Also clarify  any other service need to be activated to achieve  this functionality.

yes do it right click and activate and check ....
