in preventive maintenance after close maint. order the notification status still in process

Hi Gurus, Can anybody solve my problem is that after preventive maint. order closed the status of notification still in process condition but should be noco status. i already checked the tick mark when we teco the order. but still its open please suggest to resolve the issue. Rajeev

Also find the setting of user status profile.

Please find the below screenshot and yes we are not using any type of user status profile for notification.

Please also confirm if we are using user status profile for notification.

Can you provide a screenshot or a further explanation of your settings. Are you using any User Status profile for your Notificastions?
