sap crm organization copied to client in webui upon clicking on the Cancel button

Hi There,

The organization details are copied to client tab in webui, when I try to cancel a current sales order by pressing on red cancel button beside the save button (top left corner of sales order screen) and create a new SO. Can any one suggest me to get rid of the problem or mention if Clearing all the details in EH_ONCLOSE event does the trick, if so I would like to have the details of the same, preferred if there is some code to achieve the same as I am new to this area.

Hi Krishna,

I dont get your error ?

Do you create your SO from an account ?

Any case you should first check the Customizing for your transaction type.

My guess is that the Organizational Data is being calculated from the Employee responsible,

Check your Organizational data Profile, and the Partner Function ORG related.
