SAP Redwood Job runner file

HI,

I encounter an error when running an job and the error stated as showb below. any idea what cause this error ?

Hi Chris,

From the error we see this is a CMD job definition type.

I assume you have space on c: on that server and that the user starting the platform agent (see "Log on" tab of "Scheduler Platform Agent <name>" service properties in services.msc) can write to the directory.

Could you please navigate to:

C:/Program Files (x86)/Redwood/Agent/var/SAP_RWD_00/AUSUTDEVAP/trc and see if there are any recent files in there, please provide us with any errors you find in these files.

Please provide more details, what is the build version of CPS?

What kind of job is this? ABAP job? platform agent job running in Windows?

from the screenshot you posted, the process is not able to create a file in the specific location.

Can you please check the :

• Permissions to write in that location
• Free space in that particular disk
• there may be a character length limit to the file name?

NOTE:Best practice is to make sure there is no space in the file path.
