damage and cause code in notification field

dear all,

i created a maintenance nitification with a details of damage and cause code.againest to the notification order created and done TECHO.

but i am not able to getting the report for the list of notifications with cause code.can u please tell where this cause code reflect in the reoprts.

i tried in IW29.

The Tcode for getting Object part vs Damage vs Cause Codes is IW68/IW69.
