How to Add Comments in Webi Report

Hi Experts,

My Current Environment : SAP BW 7.3,SAP BO 4.1 SP4

We have a requirement to add comments in one of our webi report (Revenue monitor report) user want to see some comments based on cost element and variance column and they want to see the comments in separate table.

I tried many discussion forums on this but unable to find the answer on this.

Kindly let me know how i can add comments in webi report from BW Query.

please let me know if any one have good and feasible solution for this question.

Hi Koen Hesters,

Many Thanks for your reply.

I want to show the comments in  multiple columns which is coming from BeX Query and that my user is expecting to see those comments in separate table under the report .

Kindly let me know is there any feasible solution to this where i can achieve .

Hi,

You could store an excel sheet on the BIP and let the user fill there comments in that sheet.  You can add the excel sheet as a datasource and merge it in webi with the bex query.

OR you can save your bexquery with the comment as an excel sheet from the start.  But I'm afraid neither of these work arounds are nice.

My BW team is working on to Add comments to the BeX query. I need to show those comments in Webi Report.

which would be the better solution for me to show it in webi report.
