Pay Slip Not coming in Google chrome

Hi Team,

Recently we upgraded the Support patch of EA HR,after performing this operation Payslip is not coming in google chrome browser and it is working fine mozilla and IE also.

EA_HR SP 53 and Release 605.and portal version 7.31.

and  we implemented the following note 1888010, but no use.

Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

Hi Hemanth,

When I Disabled the Chrome PDF Viewer and tried to open payslip then it is downloading and when i click on payslip it is opening.

So please guide me how to solve this.

Hope you are doing good.

Can you also implement SAP Note 1957998 and its pre-requisites and then:

(1) Run report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES and choose command "Force MIME deployment".

(2) Clear the server cache in transaction SMICM via menu entry  Goto -> HTTP Plug-in -> Server Cache -> Invalidate Globally

Also try to disable the Chrome PDF Viewer and use the Adobe one. Follow the steps below:

We also Tried to apply note  1957998 but in system it is showing note can not implemented.
