That probably meant one of your config entries (similar to sapgui ini files in SAPGUI), are corrupted\not converted successfully. Assuming that your config is kept locally (see generic location below), try opening them up SAPUILandscape.xml or SAPUILandscapeglobal.xml for edit.
C:\Users\<Your USER ID>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common
In my case, because the converted xml files are way too huge; I just deleted all the entries and start by specifying my own entries.
