Mass Closure Run for Open Purchase Order

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to Close the "N" Number of Open Purchase Orders via one mass closure run.

Please suggest a way we can achieve it...!

Samraj,

I presume that what you mean by Close 'N' Number of Open purchase requests is to close the all the open purchase orders by bundling and ordering them in bulk?

If the above statement is right, do the following

Go the Purchase Requests and Orders Work center--> click on purchase requests--> show open tasks-->highlight the top item you want to include in the bundle--> Shift and click on the last item you want to include in the bundle(now all items will be highlighted)-->Click on Bundle and order--> select the criteria you want to run them by as shown on the screenshot below. Then click on order or Save.
