Posting to Accounts

Hi ,

1) which activity comes first in sequence for US payroll:  Bank Transfer or Posting to accounts?

2) Are Posting to accounts and Posting to FI same?

3) What are the subsequent activities after bank transfer?

In us payroll postings are come first and after bank transfer activities comes  in that pre-DME, DME program will come. 

After bank transfer activities third party remittence and year end workbench,adjustments .

both are same they are linked with g/l accounts in fi.
