Hi Experts ,
I have an issue .. Personal Profile is displaying twice in ESS My services ( Frequently used services )
business do not want to see twice , please check the below attached document
Please suggest what to do ?

it comes from Table is APB_LPD_HITLIST and it uses to select from here to display class CL_FPM_LAUNCHPAD_UIBB_ASSIST Method SELECT_HITS APB_LPD_HITLIS or clear the cache UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE

I cleared the cache using the report :/UI2//CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE but it didn't clear the frequently used links.
In the Table also I checked, there is no entry for our custom lpd_cust entry .
To be more clear - We are having this frequently used links in the My Services Chip , from where we need to clear the same.
Can you please suggest further?

can u check in launchpad how this is visible once ....is it one or two ....

Launch pad it's only once ... Launch pad is working perfectly
It's displaying twice in frequently used services.. we have to restrict to single.
Though employee uses multiple times personal profile .. It have to reflect in frequently used service only once
Any idea how can we delete the entries under Frequently used
open ur launchpad and check on top u will have "most frequently used " in that check that services and check whether it works for you .....
