Anyone know how I can connect to an SFTP port and the tool gives the default FTP port 21 and I want to connect to port 22.

it depends on tool, check properties. you may be able to change port.
Suggestion: please post details so that it eliminates gussing...

Please tell us what you are doing.
jtool ftp (aka jftp) does not support sftp. It supports FTP and FTPS, which both use port 21.
You want the OpenSSH file transfer protocol. You can use scp from the command line using a platform agent.
