No Records fecthed in UDM_DISPUTE

Hi Experts,

I created few disputed cases via FDM_AUTO_Create, using the option open item.I can see the cases are populated in Table - SCMG_T_Case_Attr.

Yet nothing is appearing when I execute SCASE.

As suggested in previous discussions I have downloaded note 1662408 and 1883122.

Can you please suggest, what else I am supposed to do?

you are looking for my disputes - what happens when you do "find disputes"

Hi Mark,

Even for "Find Disputes" - No record are fetched.

I am wondering, if some required configuration is missing.

I think the issue is you have the wrong case in your modeler.

SCASE is looking at FI-CA dispute cases - however you have raised disputes against F_DM which is the standard case type for FI-AR

you need to be searching for standard dispute cases and not FI-CA

I think it is as simple as changing your RMS ID

I believe you have got UDM_FICA_DISPUTE - and you should have UDM_DISPUTE

You need to select the change RMS ID icon.
