Dear Expert,
The email that we have is with the email’s IDs since the groupware connector only allows the email with the domain “@company.com” and in our organization exists several types of email in just one email server of Lotus domain. For Example:
We have the following scenario: the email ID “john.smith@ext.company.com" exists in the Lotus Domain andwas assigned to an employee in CRM, then the groupware returns an error for this email ID. The error message that is stored In the error log file of the Groupware connector is:
[ERR: 2003]: User not found in groupware domain: john.smith@ext.company.com
Question:
1.- the groupware connector can have multiple IDs for a domain, example : ext.company.com? or houston.company.com?.
2.- Is there any solution or note related to this topic for solving this incidence of the user’s email?

We are also having the same issue.
