u have to go to PTARQ >Customising > Service specific settings > Working time > in this node u can create all what ever u need to do regarding time management related activities ...go through step by step and if possible read the documentation ...as ur on POWL u have Mass approval option also  for approving bulk leave requests all at a once .....\
