Hello,
It is known that we can integrate HANA Text Analysis engine for analysing social media posts in CRM Interaction Center. Since my customers CRM application's primary DB is not HANA DB, how can we make use of the "BAdI: Text Analysis of Social Media Post" to analyse the social media post sentiments.
Appreciate your guidance if you have implemented any custom text analysis engine or anything other than HANA.
