Problem with data & layout windows sizing

Hello BI experts,

Since we use E11 & BI 4.1 SP3 patch 5, we get problems when users would like to change width of data or layout windows (no problem with result sheet).

We get a grey bar and a  "resizing" message on top left and server "BO doesn't answer" message on bottom :

Could you please help us to solve this issue ?

Do you have this problem with any other browser? i.e. chrome or mozilla..

Does it happen on all users who are using IE11?

Clear the cahce of IE and reset the IE settings and see if that helps.

Go to IE Developer Tools(F12) from IE settings, Choose lower version of IE and see If It works with version.
