Search function for standard responses (mailforms)

Hi gurus.

I am desperately searching for a possibility to select / or search for standar responses for email

by language. We are having agents which answer email in multiple languages. Shouldn't that be a standard functionality?

We are on SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2 and the application help for this release is stating that it is possible to search for mailforms by

language.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Rouven,

You have to enable the business function CRM_MKT_ML_PRD to use the enhanced language functionality for mail forms (Tcode: SFW5)

Then enable the search criteria Language in your Standard Response search view using webui config tool.

Hi Shobit.

Thanks for your feedback. I am looking for a possibility to change the language of the forms used for stadandard respones. For example an agent is logged in in German and he wants to use an English standard response (we call that blended teams as one agent can cover multiple languages). Is there any way the agent can choose the language of the forms shown in the dropdown listbox by choosing a language in the UI?

You can use Translate option then, in the mail form click on More-->Translate and choose any language you want.

Once you save the translation with different language you will see it in the dropdown.
