KP26 updated in current date 15 oct.2014, and data is not showing in old date before 15 oct 14

Hi expert,

I have updated data in KP26 in current date(15/10/2014) , and here i maintained machine hours and labor hours or other all activity price on 15 oct 2014, but when i generate the CJI3 there is no data exist in old date before 15.10.2014 and showing only price enter date (15.10.2014), for your information our F.Y start from Oct. to Sept. So please give your valuable response on urgent basis,  and also inform if i have done any mistake in year opening activity for price updation in KP26.....

Hi Anurag,

CJI3 is a line item report. If you have done changes on 15.10.2014. Then it will not update for already done posting before this date. The changes will be applicable only after postings from above date.

thanks for your quick reply, Ok if i later update kp26 price that will not show in before the updation date in t-code CJI3, So now please tell me how i can get the updated price in old data(CJI3), Actually there are thousand of transactions has been posted and they require immediate solution for this, please give your valuable response

Hi Anurag,

You cannot get update price for already posted documents.
