Need info about - SAP Business Object Data Services 4.2

Hello SAP Guru's,

I am looking for a solution where I can extract the reports and tables from SAP on daily basis for my data base. I would like to know basic know how about the  SAP Business Object Data Services 4.2 as following:

1. Extraction of tables from SE16: BKPF, BSEG and so on for GL testing and Audit.

2.  Can we extract multipule table in one time

3. Can we export data to import in MS SQL Server
