commitment still exist even the PO already actual

Hi SAP Gurus

I have a problem about Commitment Item on CJI5,

when i open CJI5 there are still commitment item on WBS even PO already actual. the PO already fully delivered and invoiced on MIRO

i have tried run RKANBU01, RKACOR04, CJEN and CJBN but the commitment still exist.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below:

• Set the final invoice Indicator in the PO also Delivery Completed  indicator in the PO
• Run RKANBU01
• If this does not work for you, please implement http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/733733. After implemeting the Note please reset the Final invoice Indicator on the PO and rerun RKANBU01.

thanks for all your supports,

i will try to implement the notes and i will update the progress ASAP

i already implemented Nots 733733, and it works deleted the commitment in CJI5

Hi Engga,

May be this is a silly question.

1. Is the Final Issue indicator is set ?

2. Do you see any value in CJI5 ? There is a OSS note for clearing commitments,

1880584 - ME22N: Incorrect commitment after deleting an item

Have a look at this, I guess, if you feel the PO is fully delivered, then it mgiht be a bug which you need to clear the commitments.

Hi,

means you have already identified the PO against which commitment value exist in CJI5. Please check the purchase order history in PO it may be some open value exist.

i have checked the PO history there is no open value exist.

PO already fully delivered and invoiced.
