How to display result row of a compounded characteristic in Bex

Hi All,

In my bex query I have payment method which is compounded with country. I have hidden the compounding by hiding country. Now I want to show subtotals based on payment method, I am trying to display result row of it but its not working. Can you please help on how to achieve it?

Result should be like this.

Credit Contrl Area	Payment Mthod	Document	Amount
X	A	1	10
		2	20
		3	30
	Result		60
	B	4	20
		5	20
		6	10
	Result		50

Hi Pagidala,

Can you show us your report layout?

Because in the DISPLAY tab of PAYMENT METHOD and CREDIT CONTROL AREA, there is a RESULT ROW section, just choose the ALWAYS DISPLAY for both objects..

I have selected 'Always display' only. It is working for all the info objects existed in the report. But its not working for Payment method only..

Result row has nothing to do with the compounding characteristic. Will you please share the screenshot of your query and display properties of payment method?
