Maint.Order Print Directly without going to spool.

Hi

When i have to take print out maint. order

every time i have to go to spool and then print there

i just want that in iw32or iw3d when i select print it should print automatically.

Where to check and do the setting this should happen.

Go to your user profile settings via transaction SU3, then navigate to the Defaults tab.

In this screen, ensure the Output Immediately checkbox is set.

Both su03 settings print immediately is check and printer Local is set in config.

But instead print directly it goes to spool and user have to print there.

Hi John,

Can you check whether there is any printer settings done for your ID in SU01 ?

When you select the PRINT from work order, what is the output device you are having ? If you have LOCL, then normally work order will be printed to the system default printer.
