Display Archived production orders (CO78)

Hi,

We use transaction CO78 to retrieve/display the archived production orders (infostructure PP_ORDERS).

We could find most of the fields for PP order, but the confirmed qty & confirmed scrap, actual finish date etc. are blank.

Please let us know if any setting needs to be maintained to display the confirmed details.

your problem description  sounds a bit strange.

The important fields like confirmed quantity from table AFKO are included in the PP_ORDER archiving. There is nothing which needs to be done by a consultant. I have not seen any archiving object where you define which fields are to be archived.

Are you actually asking "how to create a field catalog for an archiving info structure?"

Did you used a SAP given info structure when the fields are shown as empty or an own one?

Hi Senthilkumar,

Field wise archiving is not possible. It is object wise as stated by Jurgen. I feel you can raise the issue to SAP.
