SUM stuck at igswd_mt _0

Dear

we are upgrading our EHP4 System to EHP6 with SUM tool during initial stage it through the error (igswd_mt_0) for this we found note 1984140

we did all steps with in note but still our igswd_mt is in grey state and /PROC file system is already mounted

Kindly suggest valuable input we are stuck at PRD server we don't have much downtime for preprocessing satge

Hi Rajendra,

If it is not working then remove the igs parameter from start profile and instance profile.

It would be easy for others to assist you if you could attach the latest logs from the upgrade directory. Unfortunately my crystal ball is on vacation to use that.
