Resource not found for Segment (MSS Easy Query KPI)

Hi,

I'm working on Manager self service easy queries in ECC ERP system NW 7.4 SP6. I have completed all required steps by using how to guide. I'm facing error message " Resource not found for the segment 'ZPT_C01_Q004" when I call the Odata service from call Browser. I used below URL to call Odata service.

http://<Host>:<PORT>/sap/opu/odata/sap/ZEQ_TEST2_1_SRV_02/ZPT_C01_Q004

steps are already given in text above to troublshoot Run transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG on SAP NW Gateway hub system and search for entries with the timestamp above for more details See SAP Note 1797736 for error analysis check the service configuration ie in /IWFND/SRV_VALIDATE and  /IWFND/maint_service
