Cross Tab wrap on same page

Hello!

I need to create 1 page cross tab report. While I just have 1 column, the rows are many & it continues to the next page. Is there any way to divide the page in half, or have the remaining data wrap on the same page?!?

Appreciate any help or suggestions, in advance

Hi,

Try this:

Right click on rows or column header -> Format field -> Common tab -> check Repeate on harizontal places -> ok

Please adjust sizes/lines ,column or row width sizes definitely wrap on a single page and also decrease the size of all fields.

Repeat on Horizontal Pages option is suppressed. Any suggestion?!?

Hi,

As above mentioned screen you didn't check 'Keep Object Together'. Please do this

And one more cross tab displayed in report header or any other sections and you maintain any groupings. Please make sure these points.

checked "Keep Object Together". But still "Horizontal Pages" option is still suppressed!?!

Maybe its a version issue. I'm using CR 10.

Hi KJ,

Find attached a sample report that works just like you want.

CR 2008 and above have a feature called 'Format With Multiple Columns' wherein you can have the fields on the Details Section/Group appear in a columnar fashion.

Extract the zip field and change the extension of the file from .txt to .rpt.

P.S: This works only in CR 2008 and above.

@Abhilash -  unfortunately.. I'm working on CR10.
