Create demands and planned orders disregarding stock

Hi all,

There is a way to plan production in ECC, creating the demands that disregards the quantity of material that already is in stock? Please, see example below:

MD04 before the creation of planned orders:

Note that there already are 50.120 itens in stock.

The planned requirements are created in MD61:

and then MD02 is runned:

Then, checking the MD04 again, we see that the demands created consumed the qty in stock.

and there are no planned orders created.

I'm trying to figure out how to create planned orders this way, whether there are products in stock or not.

Went to SPRO > materials management > consumption-based planning > Master data > Check MRP Types to create a new MRP type, but I'm not sure how to do it. Is this maybe a solution? Could you please guide me how to do this config?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best Regards,

Hello João

This is possible using planning strategy 11.

Delete the existing PIRs on transactions MD62, assign planning strategy 11 to your material on material master tab MRP3, set the mixed MRP indicator to 2 and then create new PIRs on transaction MD61 (make sure that requirement type BSF is used).
