RABAX_STATE dump when creating Multiple User Access Request

Hi ,

I am facing the below issue when creating the Access request with 'Request For': Multiple and try to submit

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Field symbol has not been assigned yet. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

This only occurs for Multiple Users.

'Self' and 'Other' Scenarios works fine,.

Please help me resolve this issue.

SAP_BASIS  : Release 740 ;       SP  7

GRCFND_A  : Release V1100 ;   SP 5

Also , the notes provided are not related to the issue.

I get the dump when i select Multiple user , provide required details and submit.

ST22 dump is : GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED

Hi Pavan,

We also had similar issue where request is dumping in case of Multi user requests. Below note with all issues related to Multi User requests helped us. Basically we are on GRC 10.0 SP13.

I will check if there is any fix for your issue and update you as in you are in GRC 10.1
