We are using Business Objects Central Management Console 11.5 and have been for years without so much as a hiccup until 10-14-14. Starting on that day all of the jobs that have email destinations with multiple users in the T0: box separated by a semicolon are failing to send through our Exchange server.
We are running Exchange 2007 and made no updates or changes to Exchange. We can change the separator to a comma and the emails will work but we have a ton of jobs with a lot of address setup. I've looked at everything that I can think of but without a clue to determine the cause. Exchange message track simply tells me that the emails failed.
Could anyone help?
If the schedule has more than 20 email addresses, you should use commas, instead of semi colon.
